December 19, 2002 Editor, Why is it that reviewers gravitate toward the most expensive stuff, which is also the stuff that practically nobody can afford? What's so great about ultra audio anyway? Bill Peeler I would disagree with the statement that "reviewers gravitate toward the most expensive stuff" -- GoodSound! is a site dedicated to high-performance audio on a budget. As the mission statement for Ultra Audio indicates, "'ultra' and 'extreme' don’t always mean 'expensive.' This is a publication that's dedicated to the edge of the art for sound reproduction -- at any price." Lamm? December 10, 2002 Editor, Will you guys be reviewing the Lamm ML1.1 amps or LP2 phono stage? They are "ultra" products based on price.
